Motivated by my enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and the wish to stay up to date with the latest theoretical thinking, research and methodologies, I undertook part time work, as an Associate Lecturer.
My experience of business and life and the related stories I have to tell, add the realistic ingredient of experience to the more abstract academic theories and models.
The students find this combination informative, stimulating and enjoyable.
Working with international groups which bring together a high diversity of mind sets, educational backgrounds, expectations and interaction styles, is both challenging and gratifying.
Having a fully focused and engaged audience throughout the sessions, and getting recognition and applause at the end, is quite a rewarding and motivating experience!
